Wight Water completes annual flood warning siren testing at Leyburn and Killarney in the Southern Downs Region. Council arranged a ‘pop-up’ community event at Leyburn to raise community awareness. Great work Pia Fletcher!!

Wight Water reaches Practical Completion of the installation of Stage 2 of Mackay Regional Councils Flood Warning Network. The project has delivered 15 new river gauges, 2 new rain gauges, 2 base stations and upgrade to 10 existing sites. Well done Brett and team!!!

Wight Water competes installation of the Walla flood gauge on the Burnett River for Bundaberg Regional Council. Walla is a ’mission critical’ site for forecasting flooding for the town of Bundaberg. The gauges features dual gas lines, sensors and telemetry.
